This potting soil is specially formulated for both indoor and outdoor container plants, and feeds up to 6 months. Repotting your indoor plants should be done on a regular basis to help maintain beauty and growth. Select a new pot that is slightly larger than the original with drainage holes. Fill the pot with enough Expert Gardener Potting Mix for Potted Plants so that the rootball of the plant is approximately 1 inch below the pot rim. Pat the soil down gently and water. For outdoor plants, make sure to use containers with drainage holes. Fill the container with Expert Gardener Potting Mix for Potted Plants within 1 inch of the rim container and firmly press down on the soil. Form holes in the soil and plant your plants. Gently water. Repot your plants with Expert Gardener Potting Mix for Potted Plants if plant is root-bound, leaves are yellow or wilting, or potting mix surface becomes crusty or slimy.
