Take the guesswork out of watering with this clever system. Simply bury the vessel up to its neck, fill with water, cover the top with the lid, and let it get to work. The terra cotta will slowly release water into the soil allowing plant roots to take up as much as they need when they need it. Plants get ample hydration and you don’t have to worry about overwatering or losing water to surface evaporation – especially in dry climates or during water shortages.
